What Payment Types are Supported?

DepositFix supports these payment types on your payment forms:

  1. Single Payment - One-time payment transaction. You pre-define the amount your customers will pay on your form. This is great for tickets, events, membership fees, service fees, training, and more.

2. Subscription - Recurring payments transactions. This is currently ONLY available through Stripe. Similar to Single Payments, you pre-define set the amount your customers will pay. Subscription plans have to be configured through Stripe beforehand. DepositFix will capture the plan including the amount and interval of payment through the form builder. You can also limit the number of charges on a subscription from the form builder.

3. Donation - A very versatile option, you can use this when you want your customers to pick the amount they are going to pay/send. You can also activate the ‘How Often’ option to give your ‘donors’ option to have the payment recurring. This is very popular with Non-Profit Organizations that accept donations on their websites. This is also commonly used for sending an open payment form for various purposes.

4. No Payment - Normally works as a secondary option alongside a Single or Subscription Payment option. This allows your customers to register and skip the payment transaction based on the logic you set.

DepositFix also has these features for payments:

Addon - so you can set an additional non required product on the form

Change Quantity - allows you to give your customers the option to increase the number of times they want to purchase your product.

Tax - Automatically adds a percentage to the total amount.

Discount Codes - Available for both Single and Subscription payments.
